This position will handle all aspects of finished product supply from the manufacturing facility to the distribution network and will direct ship customers to maximize customer order fill rates and service.Principal duties and responsibilities: Prepare budgets for warehouse and packing supplies to ensure productivity and minimize cost Prepare capital justifications for continuous improvement Follow up on any customer issues/concerns or complaints Monitor production planning Oversee team leaders, Logistics department, and hourly warehouse employees. Manage raw materials used in plant operations including selection of transportation mode, payment process, inventory levels, and contract balances.
